WANNA DO IT RIGHT?

We know it’s a drag, but the best way to make your lingerie last is by hand washing. Simply wash it in the sink with delicate detergent or lingerie wash for a few minutes, rinse thoroughly, press against a towel to remove excess water and hang to dry.

AIN’T GOT NO TIME FOR THAT?

The next best option is to machine wash on cold/gentle cycle (quick 20 minute wash ideally), but beware that this might affect the longevity of your lingerie. Use a lingerie bag for best results.

Although we inspect and disinfect all returned merch, we ask that knickers are tried on over your own underwear.
Due to hygiene reasons, returned lingerie must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and hygiene seals attached.
We reserve the right to refuse item(s) returned if these conditions aren’t met.
We are unable to refund the cost of postage unless your product is faulty.
